My name is Petrus Priyanto and you can call me Petrus. I'm from XI-Marketing. I want to tell you about How to keep our body healthly. Health is a state of well being of body and soul to enable to live socially and economically. I think they are many things to keep our body healthy for example :
- Gets lots of sleep : In order to maintain a body healthy, we will need 8 until 10 hours for each day.
- Laugh and smile : Smiling a lot makes our face look younger and it feels great if we laugh a lot, it has been scientifically proven to keep we healthier.
- Drink water : It's key in making we run throughhout the day ; try drinking 8 glassesof water for each day it's helps we re-energize and keep going to not drinking enough fresh water leads to acne, headaches and even dehydration.
- Exercise regulars : It aims to maintain body condition to always fit and healthy.
- Eating more fruit and vegetables : Can help lower blood pressure and many lower our risk of certain types of cancer (such as colorectal, breast, lung and prostate cancer) eating saturated fat may also lower our risk of heart disease.
Finally, we should follow the pattern of healthy living in order for body to be healthy and fit.
